Job Title: Mentoring Program Coordinator
Organization: Dayton and Southgate Independent School Districts

Position Summary
The Mentoring Program Coordinator role is a shared role between Partners For Change and the Dayton Independent and Southgate Independent School Districts.

This role is focused on developing and overseeing a comprehensive school-based mentoring program in each of the participating districts aligned to the mentoring framework established by Partner For Change. By integrating mentoring into the school's broader student success initiatives, the position supports district priorities related to attendance, student engagement, social-emotional development, family engagement, and postsecondary readiness while cultivating meaningful partnerships with volunteers and community organizations.

The Mentoring Program Coordinator will collaborate with school leadership and multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs, coordinate mentoring services, leverage community resources, and monitor program outcomes.

Through strategic partnerships, data-informed decision making, and volunteer engagement, this position helps remove barriers to student success while advancing the school's goals for attendance, behavior, engagement, and achievement.
